If you use Internet Explorer 7 or 8 you may encounter an error when you try to enter a password. To get around this, try one of the following: a) enter the following in the URL line: http://www.studiohagan.com.au/yourpassword.html where "yourpassword" is the password you have been given. For example, if your password is "holidays" enter: http://www.studiohagan.com.au/holidays.html b) try another browser; c) fix the problem: 1) Click on "Tools" in the top right corner of Internet Explorer 7 or 8. 2) Click on "Internet Options" at the bottom of the drop-down menu. This will open a new window with tabs across the top. 3) Select the "Security" tab then make sure the "Internet" zone is selected (the globe to the left of "Local Intranet"). 4) Click on the button to change the security setting to medium or change it to a "custom level". 5) If you choose "custom level" you must scroll down to nearly the bottom of the next window. 6) "Enable" the line that says "Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows". 7) Click OK and then OK again on the next window. You should then see a prompt for the password. (Your may have to go back to the Photohagan home page and start again.)
